Welcome to Great Test Academy. By accessing or using our website, courses, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Course Access & Use

• Course access periods are clearly stated at the time of purchase and begin on the date of enrollment.

• Access credentials (username/PIN) are for individual use only. Sharing login information is prohibited.

• All course materials are proprietary and intended solely for your personal study toward licensing or continuing education.

 

2. Intellectual Property

• All course content, questions, study guides, AI tools, and associated materials are the exclusive property of Great Test Academy.

• You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly display any part of our content without written permission.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Great Test Academy offers a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided:

• The student has not completed more than 25% of the course, and

• The student has not accessed the final exam.

Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@gtaexamprep.com within the 7-day period.

After the 7- day period, or once either condition above has been met, all sales

are final and non-refundable.

4. Study Guide Purchases

All Study Guide purchases are final. Because Study Guides are delivered as immediate digital downloads, no refunds will be issued once a purchase is complete.

5. Technology & Availability

• We make every effort to maintain uninterrupted access but do not guarantee the site will be available at all times.

• Scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime will be addressed promptly.

 

6. Compliance & Misuse

• Users must comply with all applicable laws, including the California Department of Insurance rules for licensing and CE.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• Great Test Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or services.

• We make no guarantee of passing the state exam, though our programs are designed to maximize your preparation.

 

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Pass Guarantee Program (if offered)

• Great Test Academy may offer a separate Pass Guarantee program to eligible students. If offered, the Pass Guarantee is governed by its own terms and conditions at /pass-guarantee, which supplement these Terms & Conditions. If there is any conflict, the Pass Guarantee Terms control for that program.
