As of January 1, 2026, California removed the prelicensing education hour requirement for Property and Casualty applicants, so the CDI no longer requires a “P&C course completion certificate” tied to those old hour requirements.
After you complete Ethics, we generate your certificate and report completion to the California Department of Insurance when reporting is required.
If you purchased Property & Casualty without Ethics, there is no certificate because the course is not tied to an Ethics completion requirement.
